777da Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777da ("777da", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 777da online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at 777da.ws. These Terms apply to all services offered by 777da, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, crash games, fish games, live dealer games, and all promotional offers.

By accessing the 777da platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms carefully and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 777da platform. 777da reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to 777da is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure they meet these requirements before registering:

• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Automated registrations and wagers placed by bots or scripts are prohibited.

777da reserves the right to request age verification and identity documents from any player at any time. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified to 777da's satisfaction may be suspended or permanently closed, with balances withheld pending verification.

777da supports deposits and withdrawals via the major mobile financial services and banks used in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the 777da platform:

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. 777da does not impose a maximum deposit limit, but your chosen payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name and that matches the name on your 777da account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• All deposits are subject to standard anti-money laundering checks. 777da reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the deposit being held or returned.
• 777da does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or your bank) may charge its own transaction fees. These are outside 777da's control.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, 777da may require the player to complete identity verification (KYC). This may include submitting a copy of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Account verification is a one-time process.
• Bonus balances are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Real-money balances deposited by the player are withdrawable at any time (subject to KYC), unless they form part of an active bonus rollover requirement.

• Players must not use any software, algorithm, exploit, or external tool designed to give an unfair advantage over the house or other players. Use of such tools constitutes cheating and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• In the event of a dispute between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on 777da's server logs, the server log result shall be the authoritative and final record.
• Any technical malfunction, interruption of service, or connectivity failure that occurs during a game round will be handled in accordance with the game provider's standard malfunction policy. 777da will not be liable for losses attributable to technical faults outside its control.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated activity intended to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are determined by the respective game provider and are available upon request. 777da does not modify game RTP values. Sports betting odds are set by 777da's trading team and are subject to change at any time before the start of an event.

777da reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading registration information, including misrepresentation of age or identity.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other conduct that is dishonest, illegal, or in breach of these Terms.
• The player has been identified as a minor (under 21 years of age), regardless of the details used during registration.
• 777da is required by law or by a competent authority to close the account, or where continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 777da.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 777da reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, all balances will be forfeited and the matter may be referred to law enforcement. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777da's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 777da shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 777da's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, game rules, promotional details, or any other content that may be subject to change.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 777da's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
